Enarji leads the origination, assessment, technical assurance and highgrading of upstream assets, coordinating with technical, legal, and financial advisors to validate feasibility and manage project risk. The company structures and secures project finance—both equity and debt—while ensuring tax-efficient, compliant capital flows into SPVs. It also provides strict oversight to shield and control investment funds, ensuring capital is sensibly deployed into the project.

A core strength of Enarji is its in-country operational role: the company directly manages all appraisal and development activities, ensuring investments are executed efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with investor expectations. Enarji leads negotiations and drafts high-level agreements with partners, financiers, and government stakeholders.
